Also, Mark 16:20 says,
20 And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by accompanying signs.

Now we have every false religion doing signs and wonders also, to confirm their messages. So the message cannot be confirmed by signs and wonders anymore. Instead in this age, the end times, the bible warns to watch out for lying signs and wonders.

And once we had the completed scriptures, no longer did we need a confirmation of the message by signs and wonders. The message is confirmed by the scriptures! But the signs and wonders were important until then.
