I was just reading her blog and I remember she says that she is 60% better

She removed implants-and she relates that to much of her improvement.

I think that is what we all need to do.
Look for what wears down your system-implants-root canals-parasites-metals and dental work-or other. Get rid of anything that is wearing you down.
Eat good food-drink clean water-sleep-build ip your body.
And yes-kill bugs
do all three and seems like you will make progress
