I decided in a bout of insanity the other night to take a swf in the evening. I went 3 or 4 times and then I laid down for the night. I woke up about an hour later- wet. Thankfully I had fallen asleep wearing "swoosh" pants (nylon gym pants), so I didn't soak the bed. I was mortified, but I'm glad it wasn't just me. I stick to mornings only now. lol
