The reason your infection is back is because ketosis makes you less susceptible to bacterial infections, and more susceptible to fungal. You go into ketosis when fasting. Probiotics will not last in your system on a fast, and it is pointless to take them. Your issues should go away after a few more days. I have the same problem and I was worried about fasting, but I am on day 11 and it looks like it's clearing.
