no warning, I was at the computer, and BAM!! splash of #2 in my pants. It was post SWF. I am not thrilled. Glad I was home. I was afraid earlier when I was out in public, had an urge and had to hold it 15 minutes before I could get to a can. I don't know how people manage to work and go to yoga classes, etc. with all the SWFing and laxative tea consumption on this thing.
