I'm so sorry to hear about the Lyme! It's such a confusing and complicated illness- I've been battling it for longer than I would like to think about. As for the flax, do you think it's ok to have flax if you are estrogen dominant and low in progesterone? I have heard of seed cycling to balance hormones and would like to look into it more.
