Wow that is great advice. I was trying to understand why I was having mood swings and severe brain fog. I was wondering if it was maybe diet related or continuing issues from taking Armour which did not agree with me. I would love to be able to eat fruit and root vegetables but I get really wired and then I crash. I think I am going to do mono meals and keep a food diary. Anyway I am glad you posted this because it confirms some solid wisdom. Thanks
