At the moment i tend to move my bowels three times a day. However after the first time which can be fairly substantial (although i dont feel empty after it) the second and third tend to be fairly small. i've tryed many different laxatives including dulcolax, duphalac and ground flax seeds. Do you think the laxative you mentioned would be more effective? I am concerned that my problem is incomplete evacuation, as opposed to not being able to move my bowels enough (however I am not entirely sure of the problem)

I have heard enemas can be very helpful. How often can a person safely use enemas?
