Hi Tergot, I finally got my Aquaphor.

Anyway how do you specifically use Aquaphor on your lips? Do you constantly apply it like Daniel Miller? Do you lick it before applying? Are you supposed to remove the overgrown scabs first or exfoliate the whole lips so they are freshly raw then quickly apply aquaphor?
