Either do the cleanse the way it is written or find another way to heal and strengthen your body that works for you... you are torturing yourself for no results and it sounds dangerous to me...
JMHO
Give yourself and your body a break and go get some good food, salads and juices and eat well for awhile.. then take the time to re-read the book, stock up everything you need and do the Master-Cleanse the way it is written and SEE what is does for you.
You are messing with your Mother Nature.. and she always has the last word.
