My hope took a big hit when I got my terrible cat scan days ago but trying to rebuild it and getting it back if I can do it before it gets me.
Just got the materials of Dr day and that is something I am going to try as well.
well I was able to figure out what to do while waiting
ok you know I already purchased a lb of most of these ingredients and spent about $300 so I needed to know how to figure out dose as could not see with any converters one that converted mg to tbs
the formula is this per day
Cellular & Immune Proprietary Blend -
[Quercetin, (98% bioflavonoids),
barbed skullcap Leaf Extract,
Turmeric Rhizome Extract
Astragalus membranaceus Root Extract] 950 mg total for the blend
since it is 950 mg that is about 259 mg of each
Also contains
BreastDefend® Proprietary Herbally Enhanced Mushroom Blend -
turkey tail, lion's mane, mesima and reishi
a combined total of 500 mg a day
and Diindolylmethane (DIM) 200 mg
the dim is in a bottle and is 200 mg per pill so just taking that at same time
-------
I looked more closely and the [packages of mushrooms in very small print states that 2000 mg is 1 teasp on all of them and it says to take one or two servings a day so will just take this higher amount it seems it is lower than you stated...on the package as far as the mushrooms at least,
as far as the queretin it is also marked with mg and teasp dose which is 260 to 500 so right in line
the herbs astragalus, barbed skullcap and turmeric, I am going to make them into a tincture and take the dose for my weight 3 times a day which should met or surpass the dose they used
so I seem to have figured out something to do to get it about right or maybe better
since i am not exceeding the average tincture dose and the mushrooms say how much to take as does the dim and queretin, it should work
you said "the herbs you are wanting are adaptogens which means they are rich in triterpenoid saponins like gynostemma and many others." is this a good thing?
If I decide to take and can afford the food grade diatomaceous earth. what is the dose?
Good idea about the scale the raisin rack store has a weight scale for their bulk herbs and they might have this info on it.
