Thanks. Yes, I take 2 Epsom Salts doses in the morning after the flush.

I ordered Colosan last week which I assume works as well as Oxypowder .

Would you say Colosan / Oxypowder is necessary after a Liver Flush or only if I feel some stones are stuck in the colon?
