You can find it at most any natural supplement type shop. It's the fastest anti-bacterial I've found, and often works better than a drug antibiotic.

You just have to be sure you take it with a metabolizer like a hot beverage or cayenne pepper cap. And, like any antibiotic, take some probiotic after you're done--it kills all bacteria, just like the drug version will.
