for my boyfriend and I get organic apple cider vinegar, organic raw apple juice in a glass bottle from wholefoods, and some organic cinnamon pour a bottom full (1/4 to 1/2 inch) in a 8oz jelly jar with a lid fill the rest with apple juice add some cinnamon I make these up and leave them in the fridge we give them a shake and drink through out the day at least 2x more if needed for uti and acid issues. mmm making it like this taste like apple pie:)
