B complex worked for me too! I don't know why some people aren't able to get control of their AC if they are doing what is known to work. Maybe yours and mine were not as bad as others, I don't know. I do know that if you have AC and you are not taking B vitamins then you are probably not going to get better. It doesn't matter what brand--- whatever vitamin brand you normally use, just make sure it's a B Complex. We also don't know what else other people are doing that can't seem to get cured. I read here that one guy seems to think licking his lips will help. That's actually the exact opposite of what he should be doing! I'm glad you have discovered one of the true cures for AC. Other cures involve healing the gut from candida overgrowth.
