I had a major electrolyte balance after my last flush and I went to my integrative doctor's office and had IV's for two days in a row.

I had tingling in my fingers, shortness of breath, rapid heart beat, skipped beats, anxiety. I'm doing better now.

The IV's had vitamin C, b complex, and two kinds of magnesium. I've also been eating bananas, and took a couple tums last night. They had run out of potassium there or they would have put some of that in too.
