Thank you Dr Ettinger....sadly I can't afford a Naturopath or for sure I'd done that years ago but I do agree with you, if you aren't testing it's all a guess.

However when the stomach is messed up, you are gonna have deficiencies which leads to inflammation, allergies, thyroid problems, autoimmune problems. According to the newest research, there are organisms, not bacteria, in SIBO that causes the autoimmune reaction.

I've read all the healing protocols but they no longer work for me. Pretty soon I'll be allergic to water.

Until medical insurance allows naturopaths I guess I will remain in this condition. I just tried to drink coconut milk kefir and found I'm very allergic to it. LOL
