hi everyone - i'm on day six and feel like throwing in the towel. i feel incomplete.. i'm at work right now, everyone is eating, i have nothing to look forward to to get me through the day nor can i do anything after work.. in order to succeed on the cleanse, i can't go anywhere or do anything because the temptation bums me out. i know the ultimate goal is a healthier body but it's hard for me to keep my mind on the prize right now when i have FOUR MORE DAYS OF THIS. does anyone have any motivational tips for me? i am just miserable. thanks, chloe
