You can activate Miracle-Mineral-Supplement using various acids such as; citric acid , concentrated lemon or lime juice(pure).

The rule of thumb is to use 5 drops of acid to one drop of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

A few more tips; start small(one drop of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ) and build your way up daily. If you feel yourself getting excessively tired or feeling nauseous, pull back to the previous dose for a few days and try again(adding another drop) to test your tolerance. The goal in most cases, is to reach aprox. 13 - 19 drops per dose or according to your tolerance.

PS. MMS is a powerful chemical that should not be taken lightly. One of the common side effects is a disruption in electrolytes, mainly on the magnesium and potassium side of things. To which I'd add, can be offset with the admission of some time release(very important) supplements and Epsom Salt baths.
