To get the most out of your Coffee-Enema boil it in a pot as per Dr Wilson for 10-12min. I personally recommend a tsp of Sea Salt to make it easier to retain. Without that your first Coffee-Enema may be tough to keep in vey long. The Sea Salt makes it much more body friendly.
