Well I cannot believe I did this! I was so sure on day 2 I would cave.

But the benefits have been phenomenal and I could see where I could go longer for the cleansing benefits. But right now I keep thinking about that salmon I am going to have on Sunday evening... LOL.

You guys are awesome, the encouragement and love in the forum is obvious.
