I have had a cold/ flu for a few weeks. The coughing has stopped but other than that, I still have no real improvement. During the day often when I breath especially deeply it feels like the airways are full of fluid and kind of gurgle. I just force myself to cough and it clears up. I sometimes think it could be related to a post nasal thing? The strange thing is if I lay down it seem to clear up. Especially when I lay on my side. When I wake up in the AM I feel and breath good. It does seem to affect my voice a bit too. Any advice?
