 It's an ISO image, that can be mounted with right clik --> mount in WIndows 10, or in the same way after installing MAgicISo in other WIndows versions http://www.magiciso.com/download.htm

I also uploaded a gallery with several screenshots. There is one tooth in particular that I want to extract, that looks like having an hole in the bone next to it and a strange sphere of luminescence. Here the images
