To make sure you don't rub yourself raw with all those eliminations, use toilet wipes/moist cloths. You can find them in the toilet paper section. I bought some this week -- oh what a relief. Liquid eliminations (or butt pee as we like to say around these parts) is perfectly normal and expected. Drink your laxative tea (no - don't take laxative capsules) and do your SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and you'll feel better in no time :)
