I noticed these in my stool the other day. I extracted them, washed them off and let them sit for a few days in a bag, not knowing what to do. They haven't changed much in the last few days, but have started to curl a little bit (width-wise, not lengthwise).

I'm experiencing no other symptoms. They are paper thin. At first I thought it was plastic or something but the edges aren't straight at all.

I have done extensive travel outside the US (South America, SE Asia, Europe, Australia), but that was all 3+ years ago.





I'm also colorblind. Any help at all would be great!
