I read somewhere that salt is important because it helps balance the water levels in our body, but what about someone who follows a raw food diet exclusively and has virtually no salt in take, is that okay or are there things one has to supplement with to substitute for the lack of salt?
Can we live without salt? Is salt/iodine deficiency even a thing?
