Your lips don't look nearly as bad as mine (mine looked similar when I first got it), so you're obviously in the beginning stages of EC.

I don't think aloe vera will heal your lips because I don't remember anyone curing ec with aloe vera. I think you should get some Aquaphor and apply it constantly to your lips. It will stop the scabs from forming. Your lips will feel much better. It's also a great way to manage this condition and since your lips aren't that bad, they will heal much quicker than a lot us here. Don't forcefully remove the hard skin, it's only gonna make it worse in the long run man.
