I totally agree with Anne, she put it quite simply, to the point.

I have never felt true hunger, but I have never gone that far. It is important to learn to listen to your body, you will know when you must end the fast.

True hunger is definite sign to break the fast, return of pink tongue, not so much.

Also most fasters fear one thing or another, faith in fasting is very important. You have to know that your body knows what to do when you are fasting.
