Thanks all. I have decided to follow a vegetatian diet post cleanse. I was a healthy eater before the cleanse but have decided not to eat meat for many reasons.

I appreciate all of the feedback and have decided to do the cleanse every few months and work my but off at the gym in between cleanses.
