Thanks for the reply :) That makes sense. I was just freaking out a little bit because this is entirely new territory for me.

I decided to stick with it as it was uncomfortable, but not horrible and was thinking that maybe it was something moving through me or ?? The pain passed yesterday evening, and then by last night my lower/mid back was hurting. Then this morning I passed a clump of some type of worms mixed with mucus.

It was gross, but I'm not entirely surprised given my current medical state and my history. (grew up on a horse farm, travel to 3rd world countries, etc.) Worst thing I'm experiencing is feeling a bit spacey (aside from the weird pains yesterday) but that could also be due in part to the shift in diet.
