Archus, I've never tried the Mag. Citrate.

Is it much less dehydrating? The ES is the part of the Liver-Flush that I sort of dread. Am gearing up for another one...

and Lily, if you're reading,
I've taken about 4 tsp. ES total, before, divided into three drinks.( I find it hard to face the AM one, so, it's been easier for me to rehydrate, with some water, and then do a salt water flush.)

If the mag. citrate is very different form the mag. sulphate however, maybe I'll try that. . . I'd like to try one 'by the book' more.
