I've just completed my 7th flush, another successful one, about 70 stones this time. I have also been doing coffee enemas in between flushing. A while back I tested extremely high in lead so although I have tried many methods of chelating naturally I feel the Liver Flushing and coffee enemas are my most powerful tools yet.

However despite some good things happening, my candida disappearing for one, I am feeling very tired and lethargic and lately my joints in my knees, ankles and fingers have been aching. Since the last flush 3 days ago I have had a mild headache every day and some numbness and tingling in my hands.

Is this likely to be toxins and metals mobilising and leaving or have I gone and depleted my body and given myself an electrolyte imbalance?
I always follow my coffee enemas with 1/2 tsp himalayan Sea Salt in water and I try to drink lots of water after my flushes as I tend to get quite dehydrated but perhaps this isn't enough as I was probably quite low in minerals to start with.
