Thanks for the heads-up. I'm still doing quite a bit of research on these things, I even read a post where someone's condition worsened because of a steroid I think. About the derm, I'm still unsure because as far as I know, EC cannot be diagnosed so far (they might just say dry lips and prescibe me something aka $$$) and judging by my monitored progress today, I am already sure I have EC.

Do I need to talk to a doc about taking vitamins? I don't really know if I'm deficient in anything but I just asked my mom to buy me some riboflavin.

Also about moisturizing, I maintain appearances by applying aloe vera during the day and before I sleep but this morning while working out my lips felt weird, started to apply Avalon Organics and my lips began whitening and peeling like crazy. Weird stuff but it tears me up. I never had this before, just a few months ago I would take hour long baths and make weird smoochy faces but now I have to be careful in everything I do and I can't even find the cause so far.
