Ok so I think it was really stupid to flush. I think my liver was working hard to get out the Iodine detox because I was not taking enough salt. Today I have a headache and my tongue is more swollen. These are symptoms from my liver I believe. I would do a coffee enema but I can't afford to buy the supplies and I no longer have my enema bag.
