I have a doctor, and follow up appoitment this friday.

It was our first appoitment and I waited 2 months to see him.

After all this I am dealing with, his diagnosis, was "Depression"

He seemed to have no interest into finding out what is causing the problems and of course said, here's a "Drug"

I told him I wanted my hormones and chortisol tested and did the salivia test which I hope to get back this week.

I have felt good mood wise for a week now, but still tired when I wake up. I have been going on my daily walks and taking all my supplements, doing breathing excercises and medition as well as proper sleep.
