Just as an update. I spoke with the protocel people. They said it's not compatible currently since he's bleeding internally and I'm relying on the Yunnan to stop the bleeding.

So I need to get to a point where he's not bleeding internally to even consider protocel an option it appears.

Any ideas how to stop / heal the internal bleeding?? I had one user message me that fats help the liver rejuvenate/rebuild and to use raw milk? But I can't find any info online about fats rebuilding the liver??

He has gotten a little better though. I've lowered his current dose of yunnan from 6 caps to 4 a day so that's a good sign...
