RA is the immune malfunction caused by hyper permeability of the digestive system where large food molecules enter the blood stream causing anti body production which lodge in tissues where the immune system control is weak. The immune system then attack those anti bodies as if they were an infection thereby causing inflammation and damage.

There is far more to it than this but I don't intend posting that info to a forum.
