I'm really thankful I found this site ASAP, because if I hadn't, I would be aggressively rubbing my lips every day then and I'm assuming that after a year or so of doing that, I'm pretty sure my lips would be so damaged by that time.

I'll be honest, I am frustrated because it really felt like I just woke up one day and my lips weren't feeling right. I remember that in early 2015, I used to take long, hour baths just because I was bored, and I didn't have to mind my lips when sweating or drinking water because they never got white or feel weird that time. Now I need to be very careful in almost everything I do and I don't let water directly touch my lips anymore.

Hmm, it seems to me that it is all a coincidence. Last year was also the year that my braces got removed and I started wearing retainers which I get dry mouth really often, last year was also the time I stopped drinking bottled water and started drinking tap (I live in a 3rd world country so tap here is seriously shite, I was "forced" because my grandparents said it makes no difference and they wanted to cut costs), last year was also the time I started taking whey and casein as supplements and the peeling and whitening goo all happened after these. During this time period, I was very stressed and depressed so it may have added or something, although to this day I cannot pinpoint it out but these things may have at least contributed to it.

Alright will do, I'll update when something goes awry.
