Sorry about your knee. I too injured my knee some 8 months ago. It has been awful painful and like you it seem to only get worse. I could not afford surgery. At first the doctor estimated I had ruptured tendons but then a specialist said I had something broken inside and so a chiroprator would not help in my case. MH gave you great advice.
