Nothing should be taken after your GFJ/OO drink.

You made a mistake by taking only one dose of ES. Also next morning till 6am you should not take anything. But after that you can take ES with apple juice.

Take some liver enhancing herbs. Wait for three weeks before attempting another flush.

Meanwhile, stay away from animal foods, stick o plant based foods and lots of greens, which will give you potassium as well.
