You say that you have already tried Traditional Chinese Medicine. If you did then they could of given you Tu Si Zi ie Dodder Seed. I have been taking this for well over 20 years and it has been of benefit to me. I have had Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome for around 30 years and recent reading on Tu Si Zi shows that it benefits Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome in multiple ways. Firstly it tends to lower elevated liver enzymes which are frequently elevated in Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome due to the high detox demands on CFS's bodies. My liver enzymes are still slightly elevated so I cannot say how high they might be if I was not taking Tu Si Zi.
Tu Zi Zi also improves the Liver & Kidney Qi toning the energy in these areas. I also think that it tends to normalize cortisol levels. I have come off it and got very high cortisol levels in hospital blood tests. I was being tested for adrenal failure at the time.
Tu Si Zi also helps the hypothalamus/Pituitary/Adrenal axis and does improve the function of all of these. My pituitary & hypothalamus is badly affected by the cause of CFS. You might think that your thyroid is normal but I very much doubt that it is because it usually is affected to some degree even if tests show in the normal range, which does not mean normal for you.
Forget Amalgam fillings because it is irrelevant and not what is causing your problems, it's an infection which all these detox/chelation treatments treat in a round about way but not directly enough.
Lowering your blood levels of ammonia should help you sleep much better. As will not eating close to bed.
Are you aware of any food allergies ? Do you get a runny nose or increased saliva when you eat? A large increase and not normal levels.
Supporting your liver is a good idea, especially if you have elevated liver enzymes (ALT/AST). Milk Thistle extract can be helpful in protecting the liver.
