Thanks guys this really did it for me. I didnt have any himalayan salt let alone a special electrolyte fusion however after drinking lots of Seasalt water I started feeling much better and now I am A OK :)

Its crazy how bad it can get.. I really felt like there in the morning. I wonder why this is not in the instructions I mean a guy without knowledge of the subject might actually end up pretty bad. I just read an article on how important the electrolytes are for liver and kidney functioning..
