I too was going through the same ordeal after much deliberately seeking a kundalini awakening.
Reading the Bible is first and foremost important, but you also need deliverance from these demons. The reason you hear them even underwater is because they have taken refuge inside you.
I finally had enough and grew so desperate for help that I stayed up the whole night scouting the Internet for help. Real help. I found this site called testofbelievers.
Brother Lloyd can pray and cast out demons via Skype. He did it for me,and he'll do it for you.
