And BTW people with no gallbladder should not take oil at all as the gallbladder is needed to emulsify liquid oil or fat. If your gallbladder is removed there should be no visible oil in food you eat. Mixing oil into soluble fiber like oats or beans or an emulsifier like lecithin or choline is ok though.
