Try fasting in combination with high- water enemas to ease flare ups.. Not sure how Acne could persist with a squeaky clean colon... at least your Liver Flushing so you're on the right path... I've never tried coffee enemas.. salt enemas worked fine for me on my journey to be acne-free, good luck.
