Have you looked into replenishing your electrolytes? The diarrhea from the Epsom Salts will dehydrate you, I felt this when I first started.. I found a good source of electrolytes and I never had that problem again.. Try pedialyte, or try making Sole solution with himalayan crystal salt..it's worth a try.
