This is so true.

My chemical imbalance (depression/anxiety)
was directly linked to years in an abusive
marriage.
I was on different anti-depressants off and on for
10 years.
I'm medication free, and have found a good balance of
omega oils and have never felt better.
The POISON does come back. And for my children when my
ex(their father) pops into our lives. It's horrible.
It takes us 2 weeks to recover.
It's nothing but emotional poison.

I do believe I'm medication free due to my active self
improving. My outlook on life. How I deal with things.
It took me a very long road to get here, but I made it.
