Based on the video it definitely doesn't work.

I even double distilled the water to see if that helped. I have the expensive steam distiller.

This is such crap. The seller will not reimburse shipping charges and I have to pay to send it back as well as charges to send a new one. Plus he insists that I have to pay for insurance to ship it back in case it gets damaged or lost?? It's already damaged as it does not work.

I called them when I received it even before I unwrapped it. I advised him that the box was really damaged. It looked like someone read the "Fragile Electronics" and slam dunked it into a rail. He insisted that it would work fine. He said it was very sturdy.

NOT HAPPY with SilverGen.
