Can verify. If looking just to clean out the bowels, doing a prolong high-dosage Vitamin C will help clear anything in addition to give a boost to the immune system.

I wouldn't advice taking 10g all at once. But instead, take 4g to start with then 2g every 45 minutes until you begin to start camping the bathroom.
