Hi Hveragerthi
A question and some help please.
Symptoms: diffused thinning of hair all over head, this started happening when I was about 16. I believe it was stress related and triggered. Went through study stress and other personal stress and body has never really had a chance to recover.
I am 30 now, Have for the past 7-8 years been very much into holistic healing. Have a good diet. Nutritionally supplement aswell.
But I believe my adrenals must be completely whacked. Also I have hair growth on my chin, I am female and this is not good! I have bodily hair as well but the hair on my head is the opposite. It's steady now and doesn't fall as much but it does not produce new hair growth either. Very depressing!
This is what I currently take since Oct 2015 - Amla for Vit C, magnesium, B-12 (sublingual dissolving tablets), TMG, Tyrosine, Bee Pollen and Ground Flax seed.
My blood tests don't reveal anything abnormal however having said that, the ranges they use and what they test for in conventional western medicine is not very telling!
What can I do to recover my hair loss and heal my body inside out and stop the hair growth in other unwanted areas? What else can/should I be supplementing with?
I was considering purchasing the product -
its the 'womens formula' from the website called 'baseline nutritionals dot com', and its made by jon barron. He seems quite well educated and informed in the area of health and natural healing. I tried posting the direct link but it does not allow me to as I am fairly new to this forum. If you could check it out.
One of the ingredients it contains is kola nut however I read on this thread or one of your threads that kola nut is a hidden caffeine stimulant and to avoid. So now I am rethinking purchasing this product. What are your thoughts please on this product? As I don't want to aggravate my adrenals further.
Another product which I was considering after stumbling upon a recommended website by yourself is the 'adrenals fatigue' herbal product from plantcures website. Unfortunately as I am based outsaide of the USA I am unable to purchase, but what are your thoughts on this product?
I suspect I suffer from adrenal fatigue and hormone imbalance and thyroid issues and I know these are all related.
I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
Sabs
